Shipping Policy (USA)

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1 working day (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays), from our US location based in Florida.

Orders placed after 2:00pm EST may be processed the following working day.

Once dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation with tracking details.


TAXES

The relevant tax based on your location, has been calculated and added at checkout.


US SHIPPING METHODS

We ship exclusively via:

  • FedEx
  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

Available services and transit estimates are displayed at checkout.

Estimated transit times (carrier dependent):

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
  • FedEx Ground: 1–5 business days
  • Expedited options: 1–2 business days (where selected)

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is selected.


SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • The customer is responsible for additional reshipping costs

DAMAGED OR MISSING SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the external packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Your order number

If a shipment is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer must first contact the carrier directly. We will assist where necessary, including initiating a trace with FedEx or USPS.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

For orders shipped outside of the United States, import duties, customs charges, local taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost shown at checkout. These additional charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Funk Motorsport Inc. charges only for product and transportation. We do not collect or calculate international import fees on behalf of foreign customs authorities.

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and import restrictions in their country prior to placing an order. By purchasing products for delivery outside of the United States, you confirm that you accept responsibility for compliance with your local import requirements.

If a shipment is delayed, seized, refused, or destroyed by customs authorities due to local regulations or restrictions, Funk Motorsport Inc. cannot be held liable for the loss of goods or shipping costs and refunds will not be issued in such circumstances.


BACK ORDERED ITEMS

Items shown on back order at the time of purchase (and also shown on your emailed invoice – sometimes located in “junk”), will be shipped as soon as these items are back in stock and ready to ship.

If a “Back ordered” item is purchased alongside items which are in stock, the in-stock items will be shipped initially, followed by the “back ordered” items, once they become available.

Items on “Back Order”, are usually replenished within 7 days of them initially entering this status – though can sometimes be expected a little longer. For more accurate details, please contact us prior to purchase, whereby we would be able to provide more accurate details on an item to item basis.


RETURNS POLICY (USA)

We aim to ensure all customers are satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, the following return terms apply.

RETURNS PERIOD

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, in line with our standard company policy.

To qualify:

  • The item must be in a resealable condition
  • The item must not have been installed or fitted
  • The item must be in original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be authorised prior to being sent back. Unauthorised returns may be refused.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Products that have been installed, fitted, or used
  • Items showing signs of heat exposure
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Special order items

Once a heat management product has been fitted to a vehicle or exposed to heat, it is considered used and non-returnable unless deemed faulty upon inspection.


RESTOCKING FEE

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 10%, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative processing costs.


RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed manufacturing fault:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

REFUNDS

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after approval
  • Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted

We reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount if the returned product is not in its original condition.


WARRANTY POLICY (USA)

Funk Motorsport products are manufactured to high standards for performance and specialist automotive applications.

We provide a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Improper use or application
  • Product modification
  • General wear and tear
  • Contamination from oil, fuel, coolant, road debris, or other external substances
  • Damage caused by fluid saturation or chemical exposure
  • Indirect or consequential losses

Heat management products operate in high-temperature environments.

Turbo Blankets are now designed to be removable for routine turbo maintenance. However, any damage to the exterior surface of the blanket caused by an external heat source is not covered by warranty. Additionally, damage to the outer face of the blanket caused by rubbing or chaffing is not covered. For applications where an external heat source, such as an exhaust or exhaust clamp, may come into contact with the blanket, customers are required to select our ‘inside out’ finish. Funk Motorsport will not be held responsible for any damage resulting from the selection of an incorrect blanket finish for their application.

Contact between the outer face of a blanket and any direct heat source, including but not limited to exhaust manifolds, turbine housings, downpipes, or other high-temperature components, is not covered under warranty. The outer layer of the product is not designed to withstand direct external heat exposure.

It is the installer’s responsibility to ensure correct fitment, adequate clearance, and prevention of external heat contact on the outer face of the blanket.

Damage to the outer face of a blanket caused by any direct heat source when using our Inside Out Blanket Finish, is covered under warranty providing the blanket has been installed and is being used correctly.

We may request the product be returned for inspection before approving a replacement or refund.

Warranty claims must be approved before any product is returned.
